Description:
Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with the Comporium mid-size customer base. Position focuses on supporting the customer by providing premier customer service, account maintenance and all sales activities associated with these accounts. This includes routine customer visitations, customer presentations and overall account management.
Duties:
Overall account management including customer visitation, customer presentations, bill review and all new sales associated with existing customer base.
Generate new revenue from existing customer base, meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas through solution-based selling, effective delivery of product presentations and efficient closing skills.
Providing superior customer service while developing and maintaining quality relationships with existing and potential customers.
Community involvement, networking events, and other company-related activities including before and after normal working hours.
Other duties and special projects as requested by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; 4 year College Degree preferred.
Must have prior sales or customer service experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Must be a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a strong technical aptitude and the ability to maintain a high level of performance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
