Supports SVP Human Resources, as well as other HR staff, in a variety of administrative functions for HR. Responsible for marketing internal employee programs and benefits. Designs and distributes employee communications including publications, training materials, PowerPoint presentations, Intranet/web pages, and Health & Wellness Center collateral materials. Engages in special projects as needed.
Responsible for copying, collating, faxing, mail, telephone and other HR support as needed, including composing various correspondence.
Organize and maintain highly confidential files and reports.
Prepares routine reports including gathering information and summarizing data.
Arranges, and at times participates in, ad-hoc committee meetings.
Develop employee communications including design and content of print publications, maintain employee portal, and prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed.
Provide support with regard to form design and campaign collateral for the various on-site Health & Wellness Centers.
Assist in the development of employee training presentation material (PowerPoint, etc).
Assist with special projects to support HR goals as needed.
Bachelors Degree preferred; equivalent technical background with over 5 years experience required.
A minimum of 5 years related experience required.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must possess strong organizational skills, numerical reasoning ability and be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines at the same time.
Able to maintain a good working relationship with all levels and workgroups within the Enterprise.
Experience in graphic design and web applications (Adobe Design Suite) and business design applications (Microsoft Suite); knowledgeable in web content development applications (SharePoint) preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
