Description/Job Summary
UTO CTS Sales Support
Reports to : UTO CTS/Aftermarket Manager
Mission: Promote the development and growth of the Aftermarket Product lines for Pneumatech & CP through the development and successful implementation of business development and marketing communications plans and excellent customer support and service.
Business Development (50%) - In consultation with the Aftermarket Marketing Manager, create and implement business development and marketing communications plans. Present plans to UTO Customer Center, and Distributor sales employees, and coordinate/motivate sales efforts to achieve established growth and sales goals. Create quotations, and quotation standards and systems to ensure excellent, prompt response to customer inquiries. Review competitor positions and create competitor comparison reports. Based on these reports, provide recommendation to management regarding products that could/should be developed.
Product Sales Support (30%) - Manage, call on (by phone), and sell spare parts and consumables to distributors. Follow up on new leads and referrals. Establish rapport and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Introduce new products and service upgrades. Process orders, RMAs and Credits
Reporting (20%) - Coordinate with accounts payable department and process commissions. Reconcile business results with various financial reports.

Perform various administrative task and other duties assigned
Qualifications
Experience -2+ years of previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Candidate must be able to provide relevant experience which indicates a bias toward action, strong communication skills and an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education - Associates degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Skills - Must be an independent self-starter with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Must have the ability to multitask on a regular basis.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
