8 Rock Hill, SC Rock Hill, SC Full-time Full-time From $65,000 a year From $65,000 a year Providence Care is currently searching for a Clinical Liaison - Hospice and Home Health Business Development Manager (RN, LPN or Social Worker) to build relationships, and provide information regarding our unique HOSPITAL AT HOME Services to attending physicians, facility staff, hospitals, patients and families in the Rock Hill, SC and surrounding areas.
About the Mission As a Medical Sales Professional, you must have the ability to apply a consultative sales approach in educating physicians, hospitals, clinicals and the community at large concerning our Hospital at Home Program.
Once you gain the referral you will also help to meet with patients and families in the home setting to educate and enroll them into our services.
Your goal is to establish rapport, deliver maximum service value, educate, and help our patients navigate the different services that are available to them.
We'll give you all the tools you need for success - dynamic training, proprietary systems, and expert coaching.
On average, you will earn upwards of $85k- 95k in the first 12-months.

You Qualify When RN - Registered Nurse, LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or Social Worker with experience in home health or hospice preferred Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience or clinical healthcare services preferred - Home Health, Medical or Hospice sales experience preferred but, not required Strong community contacts within service providers i.

; LTC, SNF, ALF, Rehab facilities, doctors offices, hospitals Participated in competitive team environment that involved individual accountability and teamwork Able to demonstrate examples of critical thinking and creative solutions Evidence of achieving sales goals within the market and/or demonstrates track record of consistently exceeding corporate goals Strong customer service, sense of urgency and problem-solving skills Ability to manage a territory, to conduct sales calls and to generate sales by building long term business partnerships
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains appropriate sales and referral strategy Successfully attains weekly referral and admission goals per sales strategy.
Creates and maintains a physician/referral contact list and build relationships with key personnel.
Fosters communication between Providence and facility staff; and coordinates services and provision of clinical resources on behalf of the patient and family.
Plans, organizes, and schedules programs for civic and social community groups.
Represents the agency at Health Fairs and other events in the community.
Makes routine facility, doctor, and hospital visits to directly market Providence's services.
Communicates with the medical staff, nursing personnel, and other department supervisors.
Works beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary for special projects.
Is involved in community/civic health matters/projects as appropriate.
Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
