Responsibilities:
-Automotive Knowledge is key component to success - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Assist in inventory management, including scanning cars in and out of the inventory system - Handle the point-of-sale system accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred -Cash handling and making change quickly is important - Can't be afraid of data entry and computer software systems - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to learn technical sales information and communicate it to customers in a clear and concise manner If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
