Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The ability to perform parts inspection using micrometers, pin gauges and calipers as listed on the documented procedures.
Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance stampings and adjust the controls as required.
Complete all manufacturing documents.
Ensure adherence to quality standards during all stages of the manufacturing process.
Perform duties according to all health and safety procedures Job Description :
Experienced Experience in setting up compound dies and operating power presses for high-speed production company.
Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, depth and angle of cut.
