6K a year 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago HR Assistant Remote Your Day to Day As the HR Assistant for WECTEC Staffing Services, you will be a critical resource tasked with new hire onboarding and off-boarding, payroll management, and data adjustments in various systems throughout the internal network.
Additional duties include:
Employee Data Management in multiple internal systems Process and manage ticketing system for all required employee changes Working with various departments within the company to address issues Employment Verifications Unemployment Claims Per Diem Certification Contractor Data Management Creation and revision of new and existing processes Data reporting and data validation Who You Are 3 years of experience in HRIS Systems (PowerHUB, SuccessFactors, SAP preferred) Good understanding of Human Resources Operations and best practices Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee.
