The job provides benefits, a free gym membership and the hours are Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ability to access and repair/paint walls and other surfaces by using sandpaper, scraping and removing old paint.
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability including climbing ladders, operating lifts and other equipment.
Basic computer knowledge.
Competent in using equipment and tools to maintain and repair our clubs, including painter equipment.
Initiate preventative maintenance to solve future problems in the club such as corner guards.
Electrical and Plumbing experience.
Changing Light bulbs, ballast, toilets, shower heads, ect.
Reliable transportation.
Clubs in Rock Hill, Charlotte NC, Winston Salem will be traveled to once a week.
Our club in Raleigh will be traveled to once a month.
All travel is paid for when driving over 50 miles or staying overnight.
At least 18 years of age.
Schedule is M - Th 9-6; F 8-5.
