Requirements:
- SC or Compact License
- Home health experience of 1 year at least
- Nursing- experience with wound care, pleurx, infusion, venipuncture, case management, SOC, Therapy experience with geriatric/pediatric, chronic disease management, maintenance, OASIS- E Experience
- HCHB EMR experience
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
- BLS (completed through AHA or ARC only)
- BSN preferred
