Qualifications - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Experience in property maintenance, leasing, or related field.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle legal administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in property management software for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or conflicts effectively.
