50 Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate physical and visual inspection of final product as per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements.
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
Ensures calibration and maintenance is performed on inspection equipment.
Performs product identification and traceability activities, as required.
Works with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions.
Follows all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
Complies with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
Works extended hours, overtime, or weekends as needed This list is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned as needed.

Education and/or
Experience:
High School diploma/GED required 1 - 2 years of experience in quality inspection preferred Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Computer Skills:
Basic understanding of keyboard, monitor and hard drive, Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
