Duties will include a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, attending committee meetings and taking minutes, assisting management as needed, document preparation for Board of Directors and other Committee meetings, arranging meetings (in-person and virtual), etc.
Human Resources tasks may include printing orientation packets, filing, assisting with Compliance committee duties and data entry, Must have a strong attention for detail with exceptional follow through.
Looking for someone who can multi-task easily and be flexible to meet the needs of the organization.
May require assistance as a receptionist on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
2 years of Administrative assistance experience Associate degree preferred Skills Needed:
Proficient at typing Excellent Communication skills Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills Planning and organizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Team Player who works well with others M-F 8:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
