A Project Specialist's role is to assist with long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
This role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, assist with all operations of any client project outside reactive repairs, identify trends, communicate to internal teams (main communication), and assisting/backing up project managers on daily operations.
Essential Functions:
Assist Account Managers, coworkers, and field staff as requested.
Work closely with DOC specified customers/accounts, addressing all concerns and work to resolve in a timely manner.
Triage each project with external customers Facilitate equipment and parts orders accordingly Maintain the accuracy of all account information; work with DOC billing associates to ensure invoice accuracy.
Enter customer orders into internal systems (SAMPRO) Maintain Project Management software (Monday.
com) Create and audit customer specific reports as outlined by customer requests and management needs.
Effective and timely customer service skills Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships by supporting account management.
Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.
Desire and ability to continuously look to learn all sops, parts, (i.
e.
, technical aspects) of customer base Strong organization skills amidst changing priorities Effective and accurate communication (Verbal and Written) with the ability to read and comprehend customer's scope of work.
Requirements:
Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or GED, required.
Recent experience in a similar role preferred.
Proven work experience within current field, industry and or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence executives.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Excellent listening and presentation abilities; Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
