Work includes providing administrative support to our managers and employees and managing our company's general administrative activities.
These include preparing reports and maintaining accurate filing systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, QuickBooks, and office equipment.
Our office environment is comprised of a spirited, winning team with a casual dress code and paid holidays.
If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive assistant, we'd like to meet you.
Skills Experience as an administrator or office manager Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task High School diploma; additional education is a plus Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
